Privacy Policy

1.1 - All videos and photos are taken whilst I'm in a publicly accessible area and therefore anything I can see from there I can record, this is a right afforded by article 10 of the human rights act. 

1.2 - I will deign to avoid putting up images or video that could be considered inappropriate.  If however you spot something on a photo or video of mine that you feel should not be made public please point it out to me, if I agree with you I'll do my best to remove or blur the offending item, however if I don't agree I won't, I will however explain to you why I disagree.  

1.3 - If I agree with your request I shan't make your request public, again however if I disagree with you I shall so that others may decide if your request is reasonable or not - I may or may not bow to popular opinion at that point.

2.1 - I do not store your details and therefore cannot sell it to third parties.  The only time I may store an email address will be for the sole purpose of replying to you, it will never be used for any kind of marketing, promotions, or content updates unless you specifically request such.
