My Background

I've loved taking pictures since I got my first camera oh so many years ago. Life however took me down a different course and my hobby was pushed way, way to the back. After a life-changing incident (the death of my beautiful wife due to cancer) I have found myself with lots of free time. My old camera was not a patch on a modern-day smartphone and that left me with a dilemma, get a new camera and compete with the millions of others out there snapping photos or try something a little different. I chose something different and decided to buy a camera drone and try my hand at aerial photography.

This website and its contents are my journey as I learn how to use this new (to me anyway) technology to try and take some amazing shots. I ask that you bear in mind that this is all new to me, the drone, the video editing and digital photography, not to mention the setting up of a website so if this all looks and feels amateurish, it's because it is.
